Now booking 2027 & 2028 weddings

My calendar is full for the rest of 2026, but I’d love to hear about your date.

Booking & availability

Are you booking weddings for 2027 and 2028?

Yes! My calendar is full for the rest of 2026, but I’m happily booking 2027 and 2028 weddings. The quickest way to check a date is to send an inquiry with your date (or the season you’re considering) and I’ll let you know if I’m available. You can also take a look at my live availability calendar.

How far in advance should we book?

Popular dates, especially summer and early-fall weekends, can fill up well ahead of time, so reach out as soon as you’ve chosen a date or a venue. Still deciding? Send an inquiry anyway — I’m happy to talk through timing.

How do we get started?

Use the inquiry form to tell me your names, your date, your venue (or the area you’re considering) and a little about your day. I’ll reply by email to talk through the details.

Our date is in 2026. Can you still help?

My 2026 calendar is full so that every current client gets my full attention and their gallery right on time. I’m glad to refer you to talented local photographers I know and trust — email hello@nicneumannphoto.com with your date and I’ll point you in the right direction.

How much does wedding photography cost?

Every wedding is a little different — coverage hours, a second photographer and travel all play a part — so the most accurate answer comes from a quick conversation. Send an inquiry with your date and what you’re picturing, and I’ll follow up.

Coverage & style

What is your wedding photography style?

Authentic and timeless. I keep things easy-going and fun so you can relax and be yourselves, and I look for the unexpected angle and the candid in-between moments alongside the portraits you’ll want on your wall.

Do you bring a second photographer?

For many weddings I can bring a second photographer for extra coverage and more angles. Mention it in your inquiry and we’ll talk through what fits your timeline.

Can you photograph a ceremony with no-flash or low-profile rules?

Yes. Many venues and officiants ask for no flash and a quiet presence during the ceremony. I’m comfortable working that way and stay unobtrusive so the moment stays yours.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes — I photograph engagements and couples sessions. They’re a relaxed way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day.

How will we receive our photos?

Your photos are delivered in a private online gallery that you can view and share with your family and friends.

Locations & elopements

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes. I’m based in Denver and happy to travel — from the Front Range to Colorado’s mountain towns and beyond.

Do you photograph elopements and mountain weddings?

Absolutely, from big celebrations to quiet mountaintop elopements with just the two of you. Read more about Colorado mountain weddings & elopements, including tips for planning around weather, light and permits.

What other kinds of photography do you offer?

Along with weddings, I photograph couples, families, senior portraits, headshots and events. See the full portfolio.
